Privacy at Curve Campaign

This is a set of static pages about planning. There are no accounts, no forms, no comment threads and no advertising network, which keeps this page short and keeps it honest.

Curve Campaign publishes static pages. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to log into and nothing to submit, so the amount of information this site handles is small and can be described without legal padding.

What the site collects

Standard web server logs, which are created by the act of requesting a page rather than by anything this site adds. A log line typically records the address the request came from, the time, the page requested, the referring page where a browser sends one, and the browser identification string. Logs exist to keep the site working and to diagnose faults, and they are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile.

What the site does not collect

  • No accounts, because there is nothing here to sign into.
  • No forms, so no name, email address or message is submitted through any page.
  • No analytics or tracking scripts of the desk's own, and no advertising network.
  • No cookies set by this site. Nothing here needs to remember you between visits.
  • No wallet connection, no address collection, and no request to sign anything. If a page ever asks you to connect a wallet, it is not this site.

Third parties involved in serving a page

Two categories of external request are made by a page here. Stylesheets and the interface font files are served from public content delivery networks, and the icon and layout library used for the page structure is served the same way. Those providers see the request for the file they serve, in the same way any host sees a request, and this site sends them nothing about you beyond what a browser includes in a normal request.

Hosting infrastructure sits in front of the site and may keep its own operational logs for reliability and abuse prevention. That is a property of how the site is served rather than a choice this desk makes on each page, and the same standard log fields described above are what such infrastructure records.

Email sent to the desk

If you write to the address on the contact page, the desk receives your message and whatever your mail client includes with it. Messages are kept only as long as they are useful for handling the correction or question they contain, they are not added to any list, and nothing is sent back other than a reply to the message itself.

Pages here link to documentation, to public block explorers and, where a paragraph is about something they answer, to commercial execution consoles. Those are separate sites with their own privacy practices, and following a link means their terms apply rather than these. Nothing on this site passes information about you along with a link, and no tracking parameters are added to any outbound URL.

Changes to this page

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and it changes before the behaviour does rather than afterwards. There is no version history published here because the page is short enough to read in full each time. Questions about anything on it go to the same address as everything else, described on the contact page.
